This year there will be a Carnival procession starting in Mentmore Road and ending in Chartmoor Road, visiting many parts of Linslade and Leighton Buzzard – meeting all Covid-safe rules that may be in force at the time.
The event in Parsons Close Recreation Ground will not be held in 2021 due its closeness to the likely date for Covid restrictions being lifted.
Leighton-Linslade Carnival would like to encourage private individuals to take part in the procession in suitably decorated cars and vans. We would especially welcome vehicles of the early 1960s’ vintage.
